After-sale service regulations

Every user who purchases the company's products enjoys the relevant services stipulated by national laws and regulations.

Chargeable repairs shall be implemented for those who fall into one of the following situations:

Consumers are damaged due to improper use, maintenance and storage;

Damage caused by disassembly by non-World Energy Storage authorized repair center personnel;

The model number on the repair certificate does not match the model of the repaired product or is altered;

Damage caused by force majeure;

Failure to operate the product as required by the instructions.
